Ruben van Schalkwijk award from the Dassault Systemes Simulia Corporation, developer of the commercial finite element code Abaqus. This two-yearly award is presented to "... a person with outstanding achievements in the innovative application of finite element simulations to complex engineering problems and the use of finite element techniques beyond their normal application domain".
